A Note from Appraisers
Appraisers ask that licensees advise their clients, both Sellers, and Buyers, that during AND after a real estate transaction, the appraiser will take photos for the appraisal. Usually, this doesn't catch the Sellers off guard because they generally know when an appraisal is scheduled for their property. On the other hand, Buyers CAN be caught off guard when someone shows up after the transaction has closed to take photos. So let your clients know that their new property very well may be used as a comp for another appraisal.
